Magic Beach Kos

From the airport you drive on the main road towards Kefalos. At some point the Melissa beekeeping appears on the left side. Immediately afterwards there is a sign pointing to Magic Beach.

The sea is rather calm, there are hardly any waves, as there is hardly any wind here in the south of Kos. The sand is clean and the water is very clear. There are hardly any stones on land and no seaweed in the sea. But you can see a few fish here and there.

It was easy for us to find 2 umbrellas with 2 loungers right next to each other at the beginning of July (2018) no problem. We paid €7 each per chimney including loungers.

We went to Magic Beach twice during our 2018 vacation. The first time we were left sided and the second time we were right sided. On the left side, after about 3 m, there were larger rock slabs in the water. You can basically stand on it. However, I cut my foot a little on a broken shell that was still stuck to the stone.
